Medical Insurance from India prior to going to Canada

Just wanted to check if any one could help with regards to taking Medical Insurance from India since it would take up to 3 months to get medical facilities cover once we land in canada.
If any one would share as to which would be the company that gives the best deals from India.

well we still have not reacehed this stage but definately there are many Insurance agent who provide this kind of insuratnce coverage. You can consult any good travel agency they shall help you out on this.

Hi,

As you and family will not get medical coverage for 3 months, it is better to have temporary medical insurance from the date of travel for 3 months. You may take it on line once you get the visa stamped and ticket booking is made. Prior to that you should check various websites and decide which Insurance is economical for you.
