Medical Insurance for Visitors

Hello,
I have some people between ages 50-65 are traveling from India to Canada for 3 months.

I want medical insurance that is reliable and have good comprehensive coverage.
I checked some online but they turn out to be on an average about $110 per month per person... kinda expensive

Can someone guide me to be best option to buy medical insurance please?
