Please can you tell me if you receive medical instruction form CIC means your application will be approved?

It means that your application has reached a stage where medical is required. Medical does not guarantee visa. But keep your hopes high.

Once report reaches CHC, they check medical and if it's all right they will process your application further. God forbid, if there is problem in medical(serious), they will reject your file and ask to correct your medical condition. They will only inform you about condition if it's really serious.

It's completely choice of VO. If he wants interview, he will have one. Generally, if your documents are proper, you are unlikely to receive interview.

It differs country to country.

I can tell about Bangladesh. We have seen 98% case that candidate get visa after medical.

In many country candidate give medical report along with application package but in Bangladesh we have to wait for the Medical call by email for applicant. After that we have to submit medical report with original passport.
