my brother has visa but now his medical is expires.what should he do?does he need to re-medical?or ignore it and continue to go,he is book on 01-09-2010.please advice me,thanks

Not just the medical, his visa must have expired too. Thus, he cannot land in Canada.
Plz check once again the visa validity date. If some time remains, fly immediately. If not, write a letter to CHC and ask for their advice/intervention. Let them advise ur next course of action. Probably, CHC will ask you to take the meds again.
Remember, by urself u cannot do the meds.

he got his visa stamp on decemder 7 2009 and his medical expired only last december 14 2009 and his visa will expire on march 6 2013.can he still travel and not having any problem landing in toronto?

Hey YES, he can safely travel now. Our landing is dictated by the Visa Expiry Date. Our medicals have nothing to do with it, once the visas r issued. You had been unnecessarily worried.greychelle said:
