Hi! we had our medicals last feb. 4. i just want to ask if how can we be able to know that the cpp-ottawa have already receive our medical examination result? will they inform us?

You'll only get an update through your e-Cas that lets you know when they received it. Even though your results will arrive in Ottawa in about 3 weeks since your medicals, your VO won't necessarily have access the file up to 3 months (at least that's what CIC told me when I called them before). I completed my medicals end of September, so it would have reached Ottawa in October, but they did not "receive my medical results" until sometime in November.

what will they put in ecas? still in process? or medical result received? and how did you know that they received your result in november? i am just worried. did they send you request for your passport?

wlee2 is right on the timelines. As long as your DMP's office have confirmation that it was delievered, there is no reason to be worried.

Just call CIC and see if they received your medicals.

i am also worried about my medicals sent on 18/09/2011 and till now no news at all ... even my status online still the same ... processing ...

pls guide me how to contact CIC by phone or via e mail .... pls give me contact details.

press 1 for service in English.

wait for automated prompt then press 1 for infomation re immigration

or stay just on the line and a CIC agent will answer if line busy then do the process over until you get through...then waiting time usually 10 mins.
