Help!
My mother was asked to go through medicals again. we did medicals last May so they should still be valid. How can I let cic know that?
Send them email or do I need to ask medical staff to forward documents from last year to CIC again?

Or do we actually need to re do the medicals even though they havent expired yet?

Thankss!

If CIC has asked, I'd do. (Unless it is two back to back request in a short span of time - like the one mentioned here https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/two-medical-requests.548758/#post-6790895).
In your case, it has already been more than 10 months since the medicals. And CIC considers the medical requests valid for one year.
So for your application, to have the Decision made, PPR mail ins/outs, COPR, and then the landing, you 'may' not be able to do all these in 2 months. (by the vast majority of the experience here, the Landing PR visa/COPR issued are almost exactly one year from your recent medicals.).

So, consider this medical request as a good sign that the application has moved stage-gates and nearing the completion. All the best.

Well, you can always call CIC / raise webform request and check.
