it depends on the clinic. there is no consistency in price. you will have to call the panel physicians near you and ask.

Does anyone know if it is ok to get your medical test done in a different country?
A medical test in USA costs 600$ + and I have to get medical done for me and my wife.
Ciudad Juarez, Mexico is 6 hour drive from my place and has a Panel Physician. I am assuming the cost in Mexico for medical exam will be much lesser.

There's no issue with that. I'm an American and had mine done in Canada for the same reason.
