Medical exam - Can I use the one I got 2021 but with my previous passport info

Current visa: PGWP

I finally got medical exam request.
I have took one in 2021 may, and I was thinking to submit that since it’s been only 3 years and I took the exam in canada and I am still in Canada. But the problem is it’s with my previous passport info. I don’t want to spend another $400. Can I send a webform? About the situation?
Or it will just make delay so just get hurry to take the exam.

Hmm, seems like there is a temporary policy which I didn't know about. Assuming "Your previous IME indicated a low risk or no risk to public health or public safety", looks like that can be used. Best to contact them and see unless someone else here can confirm.

However most of those temporary policy changes (I believe due to covid) are ignored now for the most part. I had to give biometrics again last year while my previous one was valid till 2025.
