Medical condition of a weak eye

my left eye is very weak with a number of -12 while right eye is good with a number of -1. I use specs with a power of -1 in both lenses to correct the vision of right eye. I do not use any vision correction aids for left eye.
Will this adverse eye condition be a good reason for Canadian authorities to reject my application under express entry?

No, that's not likely at all. You'll be fine.

Medical rejection usually happens if you have a debilitating disease, or will otherwise be a drain on the medical system. Think TB, AIDS, Cancer, that kind of thing.
