MBA in Canada based only on IELTS score

Hey people...

I am actually looking for a university which can offer M.B.A program in Canada based only on I.E.L.T.S score with out GMAT score...this may sound peculiar but one of my friend got admission in U.S university based only on I.E.L.T.S score..so was just hoping if there is an university in Canada even which offers the same...Help much appreciated...
