You will need to wait for 24 hours before creating an account after receiving AOR.
For my spouse its been 1 month and even now we see the same error while trying to register - AOR recd on May 2 - sent in a technical query web form - awaiting response since 1 week

I have submitted my Wife’s citizenship application in April but because I made a booboo with the photo ID’s they returned it. I then resubmitted it again My/5th so that is why I am adding it to this thread, so here is the information:

User: lapeke (for spreadsheet purpose if need)
Location: Vancouver
Physical Days: 1,805
Method: Online
Applicants: Single
Application sent: May 05, 2022
Delivered: May 05, 2022
AOR: May 11, 2022
Can you please elaborate what was the mistake you made with your photo ID’s that they returned it? So did they returned it after the AOR or prior to it? Thanks!

Most likely it would land with the correct staff since you included "Citizenship Grants" in the address. You'll need to wait for the AOR to be sure. Good news is you get the AOR relatively quickly these days.

Nothing to worry in either case. If you don't get the AOR, call them and confirm they don't have it and then resend.

You can monitor when others are getting their AORs in the spreadhseet.
Thank you so very much! It’s delivered and I got the confirmation (signature) waiting for the AOR to make sure it’s at the right location.

Hello Everyone, I am also a May 2022 applicant, I am just curious, does anyone here happen to know how many online citizenship tests have been conducted thus far?

From May 2022 applicants ? None. Same from April and March.
And from Jan and Feb, about 4%, or 7 out of 176 applicants, as per the spreadsheet tracker.

Hi folks,

I have received a note about my application citing an error and am wondering if anyone has any advice. When I log in and view my application, in the "Waiting for your action" section I see the following message:

"Physical Presence

The calculation file is cut off or cropped.

To fix this issue
  • upload a new calculation file
    • The entire document(s) must be visible (not cut off or cropped)."
This is confusing to me as I just uploaded the file that I downloaded when I filled in the Physical Presence calculator and I did not make any amendments. I viewed the downloaded file and it looks fine to me.

When I head to the "Residence and tax" section, I also see an error that states "Error: Invalid date" for my eligibility end date. I listed my eligibility end date as May 30, 2022 as I applied on May 31st, 2022. When I review the Physical Presence file I uploaded, the eligibility end date matches the one I submitted. I am now not able to proceed as this date is supposedly invalid when I know it to be correct.

I have sent an email asking for clarification but am not sure if I can expect a response. Does anyone have any idea on what the problem is here? Thank you.

Has anyone noticed that all the applications since January 2022 which have received interview/test date were paper applications? Not a single online application. Is processing paper-based applications faster?
