Finally I got Biometrics instruction letter today.
I tried calling them but the automated teller machine told me there is no customer care service for Outland applications. Are you aware of any customer number?Did you try calling cic to see what the hold-up ?
No need to call them if it has only been almost 10 days with no visual movement on your application anyways. Honestly, just be patient and wait a bit longer, something will come soon. Let me share my timeline to give you an example.I tried calling them but the automated teller machine told me there is no customer care service for Outland applications. Because in our case, we just did when they requested. I paid it last Friday July 26 via online and submitted the receipt through webform. But until now we haven’t received any instruction letter yet so I wonder how long does it really take for that.
