Well, hubby landed on Saturday at the Ambassador Bridge (Windsor/Detroit) he longest wait was in the line of cars, but it was the long weekend. We went inside to immigration and it took about 20 min. Very friendly agent. she was thrilled that we had our B4's all prepared as it made the process so much easier. We are visiting family for the next week and will them return to Tennessee to pack our belongings. We will move for good Oct 24, 2014. We'll keep an eye on the forum for a while to see how everyone is doing. Thanks for all your help

Finally received my SA approval!! I didn't know a decision was made at the end of August. Anyhow now onto the next step

Hey guys if it says Decision Made on the Sponsorship Application status, what does that mean? I already got an email from them telling me that I'm eligible for sponsorship so why is there a DM there? Just kinda confused and it also says on my wife's application that the medical is received so I'm pretty sure that's a good news right? Thanks!

sooo... anyone know if you can enter Canada as a visitor AFTER you've gotten your COPR? I just found out i have to accompany my hubbie to toronto on saturday and i am defnitely NOT prepared to land, so I figure, I can just come and go like a visitor and do my landing at a time of my choosing, right?

any (rapid) help would be much appreciated, since if I canNOT, and need to land THIS time, then I gotta get my CPR fedexed, compile my list of goods, etc like, tomorrow!! eek!

If your email says you are eligible then that's fine.
When I log in it says the same thing, decision made. The letter that I received stated it was approved so that part of it is all good.

thats for sponsorship application right? yah thats how it is they will send email that you are eligible and then under sponsorship it will say "Decision Made" youre now on stage 2

Thanks Yokies! Congrats! Ive been so busy/trying to keep myself occupied.My husband had to remind me to contact CIC cause now they're on july 17th when they received ours on july 15th. I am very happy for you guys! I bet you were squealing with excitement

Just got my SA email from CIC today! What a crazy ordeal (CIC made an error with our application and sent it back to us, so we had to then send it back on August 7th with acknowledgement of their mistake)... So glad to be moving forward, though!
