anyone here just do yheir landing in the boarder? can you please share your your experience.. im planning to go to carway or coutts next week if weather is good but i dont have any idea on what to do their.. thank you everyone!

Is it OK to do the landing process separately or all family members have to be present for landing at the same time?
I am primary applicant and I might get my Visa back in few weeks, but can I go to the border and complete the landing
process without my dependents or they have to be with me for landing?

My dependents are out of Canada and they might join me later... in Canada.

I am in the same situation as you and added my spouse on mid of Jan14. Did you do your wife medical exam in advance? Is it acceptable? Or we should wait for them to send us a referral letter? if so, how long after you got the medical letter? Is your wife in Canada or outside?

MEDICAL RECIVED START OF NOVEMBER DONT REMEMBER EXACT DATES

ADDED SPOUSE TO FILE JANUARY 16

SPOUSE MEDICAL WAS DONE UPFRONT BUT CPP SENT ME AN EMAIL FOR MEDICAL .. THEN REPLIED N GOT ANSWER THAT THEY NOTED THAT MEDICAL HAS BEEN DONE UPFROT.

CURRENT STATUS MEDICAL RESULTS RECIEVED/APPLICATION RECIEVED

I did the upfront medicals for my spouse at that time she was in India but now she is in canada... I got medical request after one week of sending the docs to CPP-Ottawa (That email was a mistake as i already did the medicals upfront n they noted that down, that medical is already done).

U can do medical upfront but if u already sent the file then I would suggest that u should wait for the email as u will get client id for ur wife too..

Got ppr at 11.00pm..... so happpyyyyy. my wife is not in Canada. she is in India.I emailed them back to guide me regarding her passport request.I will wait for there response and then i will send my passport to Ottawa .Thank you guys for the awesome support in the forum.

Congrats. .. I m so happy that finally May applicants are moving ahead. .. I wish they will also starts June applicants too for ppr rainfall. ...

She got visitor visa before marriage and she came 2 weeks ago in canada. now i m planning for her work permit

You can do the landing alone. You dependents can do it later.

However, you must do it before the do their landing as you are the principal applicant.

went there last feb16. when you arrive at the border, just tell them you are there to do landing and they will tell you what to do. it's a very easy process

I am planning to go india in april 2nd week. i will not get pr card for sure at the time.so what i have to do? any suggestions?
