I had my name in prev. google sheet... not sure what happened to that one.. anyways NOC code 0213 ,Application received 21st May , CC charged 17th august, VO office Buffalo , 1st AOR 28th October.

My application was received on May 5 by CIO.

The Credit Card was charged August 6.

Friends - another information. I just filled in my duties and rold only in the space alloted in the application. Also I am doing a managerial duty here in US even though my designation says 'Systems Analyst'. So, this voids all those earlier discussions that you have to be in a 'managerial' designation to be approvied. One more thing to note is I am Post Graduate ( masters in computer science ) and have 11 years experience.

My thought is. they have calculated my experience and education and hence the designation doesn't matter. This is just a clue for people who fall in the same line.

I am on a travel profile and have hectic travel next couple of weeks. But I am sure you all will watch the forum in this weekend. Pls post your questions and I will try my best to answer them before this Sunday.

I hav little bit query about the job refrence letter. wht if i mention all the main duties same as which i put in my appl. or additonal duties can also be mention in refrence letter. is it ok?

yes dear ... u must have to obtain the police clearance from every state where u stayed for more than 6months.
it is a must becuz u will show ur experiences and education, so those documents shows the state from where they belongs, so dont take any risk.. u have 2 options..

1.. dont show those docs from where u r not able to obtain PCC.
2.. obtain PCC of every state highlighted according to ur docs..

Where is this information available that you have to get a PCC separaetely fom each and every city and state within a country? Can we get some reference?

i think PCC are always COUNTRY specific not CITY specific....

So, I think from latest city/state in any one specfic country (and other countries if stayed there as well for longer than 06 months), it will be enough...seniors plz correct me if i am wrong.............

I agree with you. Only one PCC is enough for one country irrespective of number of states.

Hello All,
I got my file number from Nova Scotia. Unfortunately my parents died recently. I have one sister who is 20 yrs old and doing her study's .Now I am the only one left 2 look after my sister.
MY QUESTION IS
I already clear initial assessment AND I need to submit all my supporting document by 15 jan 2011.
Can I add my sister as my dependent in my application.

CAN HE APPLY FSW PR ALONG WITH MY SISTER AS A DEPENDANT.

You need a valid passport as at the time of submission of full doc to the Visa office.

validity of the passport should b more than 6 months when they will request for it for visa.If u will go to passport office for new one and still u have one year in expiry,the office will not allow u for a newer one,this is my personal experience if u have machine readable passport

You are very lucky. I am May applicant (recived May 10, CC August 10) VO is buffalo, FW3, FW1 applies to me, but I did not recived any thing.
