BY THE GRACE OF JESUS................We have received our passports with beautiful Maple leaf...... I am sooooooooooooooo happy to color my line in blue now.

My husband just called and informed me ...... i cant wait to get back home from office to see my passports with visa.

I PRAY AND WISH EVERYONE GETS THEIR VISAS AT THE EARLIEST.

Not the least..... You all forum members are awesome .

Hello ,
Just wanted to share the experience of Medicals with you all.I did my medicals from Mumbai,India.

We need to book the appointment with the Lab which is mentioned in the Panel of Doctors/Lab mentioned.
Once you go for Medical , the Receptionist will see your form and get the details from you.You need to have the following :

1) Original passport copy for each applicant and copule of photocopies
2) Original Letter from CHC for Medical and couple of photocopies
3) 7-8 Passport size photographs

The Medical tests includes blood test,urine test,X ray and Physical examination .

The overall time is around 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
No need of fasting ,you can have light breakfast.

Hi,

I’m one of May 2010 applicants

My file transferred from LVO to PVO in April 2013 and I got the Medical request at that time,
Since then I sent many e mail to PVO and my case with them till “ Under background check “
One month ago I received different response from PVO that my file has been transferred to LVO, for further processing,
Then I sent e mail to LVO for confirmation and to ask them what if my medical test expire
They “ LVO “ replied that my file is with them now and it is under background check and they extend my medical test to March 2015

Some questions please:

• Does any applicants who is living in UAE has the same case,
  I have changed the bank which I used to deal with does this will affect on the background checke
  can some one tell me how much this " Background check" takes
