Pls share the call centre number. I have one number which is busy always - 1-800-2554541.

I got my card yesterday, and I landed on May 16. In total, it took 74 days but I'm happy nonetheless

Did you try calling the call-center? They may have information on whether they have produced your card or mailed it out to you.
