Hello friends!!!

I am planning to apply for UNB in Aug'14, to pursue graduate studies in Mechanical (MEng) program and have found out that the tution fee for international students is about $15500 (approx) for full length of the program... I just wanted to be sure whether my calculation is right or is there any thing I am missing out on to add to the total...???

And one more is how good is UNB for mechanical engg i.e, what is the value for this universities degree in Canada once we come out of the institution...???

Hope any current students at this university will help me out on this...

Help much appreciated...

Cant thank you all enough

For fees go to above link or email them at gradfees@unb.ca

For engineering UNB is quite good ,, new Brunswick is very small state, many people think its very negative point but honestly its a very positive point I can bet getting job in new bruswick is much easier than getting gob in Toronto or british Columbia ,,, and one more thing it doesn't matter which university I have graduated all it matters what u have got,, all Canadian universities maintain high standard of education,, btw have u got the admission

Thank you sharjeel for your reply!!!

I didn't apply till date...as I am waiting for LOR..

by the way I have one more doubt..Is LOR from employer is valid and considered or it should be from educational institution from where I earned bachelor's degree?? or can it be a combination of both??

Regards..

LOR should be from your previous institution ,,, transcripts should be term by term,, only last transcript is not acceptable ,,, if u have worked anywhere u can send employment certificate,,

Hey guys even i am applying for Meng program in University of New Brunswick but my main concern is that since it is 1 year program I will only get 1 year work permit.
Is 1 year permit good enough to land on a decent job??
