Marriage certificate

Hi everyone just wanna ask if i should send the original marriage cert.? From my country form guide it says send original marriage cert but how can i get it back? I got married here in canada. Thanks in advance

if your country specific guide says to send the original, then you need to send the original.

generally, if you are sending th original copies of documents, the visa office will return them upon approval.

Hopefully you got two. We didn't get our (original) returned to us, despite getting all of our photographs back. Each VO is different though.
