Marriage certificate - Spouse Name clarity

Hi Everyone,

I have received ITA from express entry. All of my spouse ID/DOC/Passport proofs are with her parents surname and application also filled with same.

In marriage certificate, after marriage her name is mentioned with my surname instead of her parents surname, will it become any problem.
