March 18 inland applicant here. My application is with CIC and is used to greet all other applications. This is why August applicants got PPR while I don't even have IP.

Keep hope! I am inland applicant too in BC and I got my PPR a week ago today.
Fingers crossed yours come through too =)

Mine change from AR to IP, DM & PPR within a week.
I'm March 17th so you must be very close!!
