Thanks a lot for your reply. I am confused now, because i called the CIC line and they told me if the application is saying address inside Canada then you only have the list the ones in Canada. you only list addresses outside if you have lived, studied, or worked outside.

personally i prefer listing all the addresses, but i don't know if this is right??

can i know if someone who has already got the citizenship did the same as "EddyIT"
I listed addresses where I actually lived and worked. Once I was out of Canada for 3 months but I kept my Canadian address on the application because I was resident of Canada and paid taxes for that period in Canada.

Question for you guys:

For 6B, did you leave it blank or put N/A if your landed date was the same as the date you came to live in Canada?

Also, I've seen lots of discussion about putting N/A in all possible spots that are blank on the application. Did you follow this to the letter on yours? So many ridiculous spots that don't seem like you should need to put anything. For example, I obviously don't live in Quebec...did you write N/A on the application for that question at the end?

Hi every one

I have just release that I write a wrong name of the employer that I work during last summer school for 10 days (Page 3 section 6-H), my Citizenship application in process since march 1st. I am a university student's and I never travel outside Canada since I arrived from more than 4 years.
I am worried if I have to contact them or I have to wait if they ask. please, if any have similar situation
I don't think it should be a problem.

On 6B, I wrote N/A (same as 6A)
On the Quebec and LINC question, I wrote N/A with pen

Hi,

I am in the process of applying on March,2017. currently i am working on my application and I have a question.

- In the part where I should mention the address in Canada and overseas, should i mention the addresses of the places i stayed at during trips outside Canada or only my Canadian addresses? and what if some of my trips were like 3 months long?

- for year 2011 i was out of Canada since the end of 2010, so in my online calculator the count will start from march,2011. Should i mention the exit date on 2010 or just put the start date of the calculation as the exit date
Thanks.
Hi , I have the same issue as regards my residency calculator , I was not in Canada in March 2011 , my exit date was in December 2010 , if I start the calculation with the relevant period date .. This will be included as a physically present date although I wasn't in Canada ... So I suggest also for you , that the exit date just before the start date of the calculation should be included ... If the residency calculator allows it ! What do you think?

Surprisingly I have not received AOR yet. Maybe they will return it? Curious what mistake I have made.

When was it received? Under two weeks still seems like a normal amount of time despite some people getting AOR quickly.

My file was received on March 2 and those received on march 2 and 3 have got their AORs. I am not concerned about the delay, two weeks seems to be a normal timeline, as you said. It just brings me to an idea that something with my application might be wrong and they will return it.

I don't think it's possible to put your actual exit date as long as it's outside the relevant period. I tried this with the online calculator and the message i got was:

"An absence you have entered is partially or completely outside the relevant six-year period. Please check that the dates are correct."

so for example if you are going to send your application on 15-march-2017, your online calculator will start from 15-march-2011. i would recommend to declare the first year as following:

duration: from (15-march-2011) to ( xx-xx-2011)
Destination: the country you have been to.
Reason: in the reason state the reason you were out and state the actual date of your exit and explain that it's out of the relevant period.

Good luck!
