Anyone recently ordered GCMS notes? How long does it take? I wonder when I will get a test invite, thought I will ask for a GCMS note.

I believe it takes about a month or less for notes. It is really anybody's guess at this point for the test, it could be in few weeks or few months. They are currently working on March 2019 applicants but if your name is on the wall and the IO's dart hits it, then you are lucky!

I believe it takes about a month or less for notes. It is really anybody's guess at this point for the test, it could be in few weeks or few months. They are currently working on March 2019 applicants but if your name is on the wall and the IO's dart hits it, then you are lucky!

I think lots of MARCH 2020 applicant have received test invite. I believe they have got past March 2019. Check few pages backwards many people are getting test invites from March 2020 batch.

You mean the 3% as per the March log sheet is a lot? Am I missing something here? Some of them were even urgent applicants.

These days its taking more than 30 days. I applied sometime mid of Feb and still waiting for my notes.

They are FINALIZING March 2019, meaning most of the March 2019 are done testing and oath and getting a proof of citizenship now. Based on the spreadsheet, they are sending test invites to people from November- December 2019. So with the current speed most of us will get an invite by July and Citizenship by March 2022.
I almost stopped caring already.

Since i am outside Canada, had to mail my FP to an accredited agency to be transmitted electronically.

Thank you so much for your reply! Yeah just hoping for the best and waiting for that million dollars email!!
Immigration system in here is very slow and on top of that they have covid excuse now!!

I wrote to the RCMP email address and their response is summarised below -

1. They confirmed receiving my fingerprints from the company on the 16th of March 2021 i.e. the same day I'd done
2. They said they're backlogged right now and the checks will take some time
3. They aren't giving a firm timeline or ETA for that activity
4. They confirmed that as soon as the check is done, reports will be forwarded to IRCC directly
5. Somewhere on the reply was a vague reference of up to 120 days for the report; and an additional 5-10 days by Canada Post.
