Our case has been stuck at DM on Ecas for over 20 days, no PPR/CoPR yet. No 4th line on Ecas either.

Is anyone on the same boat?

I'm an April applicant and in the same position. stuck in DM on ECAS. I called shortly after our DM as we are moving out of our apartment and into my parents in laws home until the PR app processes at the end of October. The woman on the phone advised that if we don't receive anything in the mail by the end of Sept to then change our address. I'm not sure if she just neglected to mention about the PPR e-mail or if they are just sending us COPR. We sent my wifes passport photos with the app as well. I guess we will have to wait and see, but there are enough of us in this position I'm sure that they will all move along before we know it.

Maybe they just changed to DM in attempt to stop receiving calls from us I just tried call them but not connecting to human...

Was able to connect with them. They just said that we should just wait as the ppr will come very shortly and only call back if nothing is received by Mid Jan 2018.

"shortly" huh? I guess their definition is very different from ours. Not receiving anything months after DM is crazy, I would rather wait with "in progress"

I agree. Looks like we all got DM in same batch and should see the PPR all at once. I hope it happens soon.

I am moving at the end of October, so I asked the agent when I should change our mailing address as I was worried about getting the COPR in the mail at my old address. She said that everything is in the final steps for my application and if we don't get anything in the mail by the end of september then to change our address then.

Our case was initially Ottawa, then returned back to Mississauga that's where we got our DM

Should I be concerned that my background check has not started? I submitted my app mid may. Seems like everyone is getting the background check in progress but me

Depends what VO has your file... I know a lot of people from NDVO who applied in March are waiting for bgc... myself included
