Congrats on medical.

I assume you did medical at emedical enabled clinic. They will upload the results directly to CIC medical system. Doctor may take up to 2 weeks to get the results. Just call the doctor and confirm when results will be uploaded.

biometric data request : do you mean RCMP fingerprint request?

Another one - applied in March 2013.
My file said "application received March 8" for the longest time, finally last week I saw some movement:
"Started processing application 27 November 2013".
Received a letter from the lawyer with biometric data request and medical. Completed medical right away, just waiting for results.

My work permit is still good for another year and I can travel easily on my EU passport so am not too concerned.

Any advice on how long it takes for medical results to be mailed (I assume all is ok) and next steps?

Yes, the doctor was emedical enabled.

Actually did not receive request for fingerprints yet. Just that form for height and eye colour.

Sounds like a few more requests will be coming...

Ah.. I thought bio metrics (fingerprint etc).

Height and Eye color is good thing. It is bio data form. There will not be any additional document requests, as long as have already submitted police certificates from all the countries you have ever lived.

As you're from a visa exempt country, the next thing for you is to receive your Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CoPR) in your mailbox.

Hi Frnds, Can someone tell me how the e-medical system works. I did up front medicals last week and called the clinic today, hey said the medicals ahs been sent to canada immigration this afternoon. I'm expecting my GCM notes around mid of december, can i be able to see the medical status in he coming GCM notes?

In order for the VO to update your GCMS with medical results, you must inform OttPilot-Immigration about the up front medical exam. The VO may do this on the next review date of your file.

Hi eds - Thanks for the quick response. Could you please tell me what I have to tell CIC, is it enough that i did my upfront medicals through e medical system or do i need to send them any documents. I asked the clinic to send me a soft copy of the results that was sent to the immigration department, I have that e-mail with me. So shall I update them about my medicals and attach the medical results. One more, could you lease share the CIC e-mail id.

Do you have the upfront medical document that has a barcode on it? Just send that document to CIC through email Ottpilot-Immigration @ cic.gc.ca by quoting all of the below information.

Please include your application number and the purpose of your email in the title.

1. Surname (last name)– Exactly as it appears on the passport or identity document

2. Given name(s) (first name)– Exactly as it appears on the passport or identity document

3. Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD)

4. Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number / Client ID number

5. Application number ( F#, EP#, E#, B#)

6. Type of application (Family Sponsorship, Canadian Experience Class, Provincial Nominee, Quebec Skilled Worker)
