I have also applied on 22-03-12 received by Received By :M.KRSZWDA on 28.03.12.My NOC:7242 but I have not received PER yet.

You will probably receive it during this week. Backlogs for PER in different NOCs are currently between 2/3 weeks.

Don't loose hope brother,I was also skeptical about my file when I saw CIC 2nd WARNING issued on 23 march on Global 10K cap almost being reached however God & luck favored me and I was admitted in. Kindly note if your file is Error free and accumulates 67 points then rest assure that you will be granted PER, considering the fact your file reached day before mine so don't worry and think positive.

but that can't be right? because my first application was received on 27/01/2012 and got returned due to VO not specified.
And i send back my application on 25/03/2012 which was received by Mike on 02/04/2012.

Things are going pretty smooth, Lets hope it continue this way and we all land in Canada pretty soon.....
