VO LONDON
APP FILED: 2 MARCH 2011
IST AOR: 31 MARCH 2011
ECASE STATUS: RBVO
APPEARENCE OF ADDRESS ON ECASE: 28 APRIL 2011

Can any one tell me the content and time line of 2nd AOR.

And as you can see from the spreadsheet itself https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=tlbJsa0NlV-nFVmQca8Apzg#gid=0 it's hard to predict a 2nd AOR date cause it varies from VO to VO and from case to case. e.g. a person there who got his PER on 23 of MArch, got his AOR from London on the 8th of April. But other London applicants after him are still waiting...

Nad, I guess you are in the wrong forum, this forum is for March applicant to Canada PR and not to share personal details and seek job from other members, kindly stick to the topics and let us help each other through time lines and useful informations.
I guess the rest of members would tell you the same.

I am new to this forum. I applied under NOC 3142 on Mar 31st 2011.Got my first AOR on 2nd May.ECas status shows my address with file sent to VO.

Nobody answer the question, content of 2nd AOR and why 2nd AOR is neccessary once u have Final PER from CIO. If u see the spread sheet majority of the London applicant didnt recieve 2nd AOR.

Final PER from CIO has proven not to be so final when applications are reviewed by VO. There have been cases where application was refused or additional docs were requested by VO. A second FINAL positive evaluation is definitely carried out at VO level.

Yes, London seems to be marching to its own drummer. Perhaps they are saving time (LOL) by sending out the request for Meds/fees/PCC/etc instead of the second AOR.

1st PER to RBVO timelines greatly varies...as in my case, my VO is Singapore.

I got my 1st PER on 11 March and still my status has not been changed to RBVO. Working efficiency and speed of VOs differ greatly and mine is a dead snail...

i am also waiting for my firsr aor .my noc no is 3142, my application reached cic on mar 15 ,and they encashed monet on 23 rd march,but still i havent get any reply from thr ,hw long i have to wait , pls help

Well just keep on waiting, others had waited even longer than u do just to receive the 1st AOR.
it will come to you in due time...did you complete all documents needed to CIC?
