Maintaining funds after application submission

My questions are regarding maintaining the required funds after application submission.

1. I plan to apply in the PNP-O Master's category. After submitting application, can I use some of my funds or maintain the entire amount?

2. At the 2nd stage while submitting application to CIC, do I need to show 6 months' funds again?

I was never told to show my funds again after my submission, even though I had maintained a decent bank balance. I think as as long as the province has nominated you, and your job is going all smooth, then funds don't matter to CIC. If you lose your job while your processing is underway, they might then ask you to show proof of funds again. My nomination officer told me that I had to have atleast $ 10,000 in my account and a $ 1000 extra for every family member, I had about 6 something at that point. But when my nomination was approved they said I was still good to go with the funds. But you might require to show a decent amount of funds again while landing, especially at the airport or at the border after your COPR.
