Hello there, Can I just put one mailing label? but the checklist is asking 2 mailing labels. I got only one mailing address don't trust anyone
to other addresses? Thanks. pls. advise

The checklist says 2 mailing labels and not 2 mailing addresses. One label in English or French, the other one in the official language of your country of residence. Simply put, if you use English in your country, just make 2 labels of your mailing address in English.
