I was reading through the check list for FSWP mailing instructions . The last one. It says two self addressed envelopes. Do we need attach any postage for the envelopes or just blank self address envelopes is enough ?

It says 2 self addressed labels not envelopes. Labels are available at any stationary shop. You need to print your name and address onto it and add it to your file. It will be used in case they need to contact you through mail. Envelopes are not required at all.
