I am in India. My ECA report is about to expire in Sept 2020 which was sent to me by WES in 2015 at my India address. Now I want my duplicate ECA report to be delivered at my friend's address in Canada to save international courier fee. Now if i do so, the Duplicate ECA report will have the address printed on it which will be different from the one issued in 2015. Can IRCC reject my application on this basis?
