Fingers crossed!, hopefully you will be receiving your PPR as soon as you complete your re-medicals.
I read on other forum thatr re IO estimates -based on her/his experience- how long it would take to finalize applicant's BGCs and issues MR at the mid-time in order to get both results -approximately- at the same time and therefore can put the application into the queue for the final review.

Despite the fact that no one can predict how IOs work, I tend to think that your BGCs either completed or about to that's why your IO will be sending you re-medicals to finalize your case.

Today and after 14 months from waiting for background checks to complete and medical test which expired before 2 months;
LVO send me reply for my request:

"We will send new medical forms by email, as new results are required.

Please also submit new police certificates for yourself and your spouse."

Is it meaning that security checks are over or not
And what can i expect after remedical?

I am sure after the submission of fresh medical and pcc you will get ppr in less than one month

I'm really sorry for how it ended up with you, anyway, don't lose hope and fight until the end.. you would never know.. some applicants here got rejection and after sending reconsideration letter to LVO with concrete evidence of job experience and/or certified educational degrees, the IO has reconsidered his decision and processed their files again.
I would suggest to consult with your agent again ( I have to warn you that some agents do mislead applicants and not represent documents to VO properly as their main concern is only milking your money -unfortunately- and should advise you that many applicants got rejection for online or part time earned degrees although their consultants advised them that they are OK) if you wasn't convinced with your consultant, it's always a good idea to have a second opinion from another consultant ( I prefer a licensed member of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC) and/or the Canadian Association of Practicing Immigration Consultants (CAPIC) and it's better to hava a Canadian citizen consultant)

Diploma is not agregated in USA........what does it mean and this diploma was your last education or Intermediate ......please post your total points which are given by Visa office and Post as well how you calculate .........?????????
