Lost email and IRCC account password

Hi,

I applied for my parent's visa as a representative by creating a new email address. Unfortunately, I lost the email and IRCC password. I'm unable to recover the password for my email and as a result, can not recover the IRCC account. I do have access to my representative email though.

I sent a web form to IRCC but not sure if they can help recover if I can't reset the password from the sign-in email.

In this case, the visa may be approved or rejected but I will never know. What can I do here? Can I apply again? Will IRCC be able to help me?

Call IRCC and call them early in the morning. They can send updates on your representative email since you're the representative. Keep your UCI, Application number, etc handy.

Once you get a notification/update on the application, you will need to call them again to get the letter/decision/update emailed to you directly on the representative email.
