Hello,
I am looking to get a visitor visa for my wife from Pakistan to come and visit me for my birthday coming up in May... plus we have been married since dec 2010 (applied mar 2012) and are still waiting for the pr process... we just want her to visit stay here for what ever time the visit visa allows and then surely return with no intentions of over staying.
What documents do we have to produce, what is the process, how long it takes, and how much it costs plus does it affect our pr case in any way.
Any and all help will be highly appreciated. Its becoming tough for me to take a month's vacation to go and visit her every year (financially and company prob wont let me go for such a long duration).
