Looking for recent H1B stamping experiences in Ottawa

In Ottawa for first time H1B visa stamping as a TCN (Canada PR holder). (Currently on STEM OPT)
Attended interview on Fri, Mar 22 and visa was approved and they kept passport.

Status still shows as "Approved" on CEAC website. Wanted to check with others how long it is taking to get passport back after interview at Ottawa consulate.

I did choose "premium" option for getting back passport.
Any info or guidance will be helpful.

It looks like a case of 221g. I know someone had Interview at Calgary and got approved but later case went for 221g.

I had Interview on 22 Feb and my case went for Administrative Processing 221g and still I am waiting to hear back.
