Hi,

I applied for Study permit at CHC Islamabad for my second graduate as I already did first in 2010 and came back from Canada .
I did my medical on request on 2nd October , now couple of days before I wrote a letter to CHC about my status , but no response yet . Already sent many emails , its been really frustrating now . My passport is at CHC also , any suggestion guys ...its depressing me now .....

It is AVERAGE time. That means that some people get it within 10 weeks, some- within 20.
Where does it state that it's average? I think 15 weeks is the maximum time it takes for visa. Of course they can go much longer but no where does it say that 15 is average. Unless im missing something then you can correct me.
