Just to let you know that one of my friends, not on this forum, had received a request to submit updated schedule A form and some other documents. After this request his ECAS changed to processing started. He submitted the required documents and then received an email from LBM that background checks are in progress and he may not hear for quite some time.

Is there anybody on this forum who has submiited his passport to VFS Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and got his visa. In my case 4 weeks have gone by; still no reply.

VFS Online status is showing 'IN PROCESS'

We submitted and we got our passports back in less than 2 weeks . Tough we just dropped it at their vac office in Khobar , Khobar moved it to Riyad . We tracked it online. As soon as it changed to " your processed passport has left our office to Khobar" we just went to Khobar vac office and picked them.

I have sent it to the Visa office yesterday.Would update once I receive the acknowledgement email.

Its always better to send courier. I have sent my PPR-1 through email as well as through courier , in order to avoid any undue risk of delays.

Otherwise you drop an email to your Visa Officer , and request him for confirmation of documents received through email. I believe that he must respond you with PPR-2.

Have you tried sending to LDNIMMIGRATION with your email address? Just put ATTN: VCM

Guys.. when asked for updated forms such as IMM0008 or Schedule A/ Background Declaration, can I fill these, sign, scan them and send them through email? Or do they need to be sent through courier...? As it doesn't say original forms..

My other question is can anyone pay RPRF when requested? Or do we have to confirm with them to pay online first before we do so?

Thanks for all your guidance. Specially MM2.
I did the online payment and received PPR1 within few hours. They also informed me that if they find my bank draft, they will send it back.
I can understand that things can go wrong, but i think visa officer has been very professional in dealing with this so far and i trust i will continue in future.
I did write my app no and UCI on back of draft and also included a copy of their email in the envelope (as per courier record, the package was received on 28 may)
My online status was updated with medical have been received two weeks ago but i did not get any email, I sent an email to my visa officer 2 days ago asking for status. Today they sent me email saying they cannot locate my draft.

I have been in constant touch with VCM all these 6 months but he has always answered us through LDNIMMIGRATION email id.....
...our emails come with the following subject...

XXX(Application number)XXX - VCM - XX(Sur Name)XX, XX(Given name)XX DOB: XXXX/XX/XX

waiting for ppr-2 to arrive this week too inshaAllah...if not then as saeed bhai said, i need to knock the door again with cse
