Just got an auto-generated email with the following message from donotreply @ cic.gc.ca:-

Your application has been updated. Please sign in to your MyCIC account and check your application status and messages for more information.

But when I check my ECAS as well as my express entry profile in MyCIC, there is nothing changed.

Last time when I got this auto-email then next day, I had received an email to clarify some doubts about my application from DRD.

Let us hope that this time I shall get MR or at least SLU in coming few days.

Has anyone else received such an email and was there any update happened to their application, please provide suggestions.

I have the same experience in June 6th 2015. I received same type of email but there was no new either in EE profile or ECAS.

My Application number for FSWP 2014 and EE are different. Is this the same case for you also?

This is as per the latest practice of London Visa Office, don't worry it is perfectly normal.

Congrats for your 2nd line update, you are going to receive MR email very soon so be prepared for your medical.

Yes, that's true - what you said about medical related NOC moving quickly. A friend of mine is also a doctor (eye specialist/surgeon), who applied in November 2014. We all thought it would take longer processing for docs as it took about 4 months from her educational degree verification from MCC, as opposed to 20 days from WES for the rest of us. But despite her submission a week after ours, she Alhamdulillah got her visa early this month and is doing a short landing in September. So, I guess there are some NOCs that seem to take preference over the rest. Rest Allah know best.

My travel history is around 4 to 5 countries since age 18.. I worked in only one hospital which is tertiary care.
Applied with family from Pakistan, through a consultant of IRCC member.
didnt submit PCC with application, only when the visa officer asked alongwith medicals.
One thing to be noted is that my medicals came 4 months after SLU which is unusual..but Alhamdulillah after that it was very quick.
we can never predict the pattern of work of LVO..yes but one thing I noticed is my NOC which is moving very fast and I have many doctor fellows who are being processed fast.
Rest have faith in Allah..everyone will be successful in the end IA

Now a days the trend of SLU are same as you mentioned. Most of the applicants received SLU are having the same type of date i.e. earlier than the PER.

Yes it is the same case for me that both applications in EE and ECAS are different.

But you have already got GCMS notes. Can you check in your GCMS notes that on this date of 6th June 2015, did they do something in your file. Because what I have noticed that whenever someone from CIC opens your file this auto-generated email is sent by MyCIC software. Although these are all guesses and assumptions but some people really found that when they requested GCMS notes they found that someone reviewed their file on or around this date of this Auto-Sent email. Even some people got MR immediately within two to three days of this email. Even in my case when i received this email the second day I got PER. May be a coincidence but let us see in this week what happens. إن شاء الله something good will happen.

My 2nd line was updated on Aug 20, 2015 but the date they mentioned Mar, 2015. Is this Ok?

To all those who got their SLU updated recently with date showing before your PER date, then you should get your MR email very soon. I got mine in the span of 6 days (i.e. after SLU showed on ECAS)

Dear Applicants,

I am fsw applicant from KSA. On 17th of Aug 2015, i received PCC request from LVO - DRD and informed in the mail to submit PCC's with in 30 days, which means by 17th of Sept my courier should reach there.

I have my PCC's ready except KSA pcc. Today,i applied KSA pcc in jubail police station and that guy told me to come after 1 month and he has mentioned date of collection of pcc on the receipt.

I now that, few applicants has got KSA-PCC with in 2-3 weeks only.

So, does VO give extension of 15 more days for KSA pcc to courier? Does any one got extension from VO? for pcc or medical ?

Should i raise CSE?
