i dont think it is illegal to send passports out of Pakistan for visa purpose. infect this is a normal procedure for getting visa.

The letter I got from LVO mentioned about Aramex courier. So I called thm here in Karachi and thy completely denied me to send passport by courier. In fact thy told me to refer to passport and thr u can found tht it's illegal to send passports. I read the line personally on passport. I think it's point-6.

Even u can't carry original passport of ur family member.

Meanwhile, I m trying to find best solution. Please rmbr in prayers.

I have a situation here and don't know what to do. I have applied for FSW in June 2014 & Got PER on 21 Oct.
I am living in Saudi arabia, but now I am moving to Australia permanently on final exit. I have not sent PCC with my application and i don't know when i will get PCC request from LVO. If i move out of Saudi on exit it would be so much difficult to get PCC. In this situation what should i do to get PCC from Saudi.
I mean whom should i contact to get PCC Request Letter? Can someone please help me out on this.

U need to get police certificate once visa office asks u. U can't get before tht, bcz thy r valid fr a certain time period only.

I suggest wat u do is tht u go to a police station in Saudi Arabia and ask thm process to get a police certificate for immigration purpose while u r leaving abroad. Ask thm wat things thy need and try to complete thm prior leaving, like finger prints, translation, attestation etc...

Bcz if u get a police certificate earlier thn it wil b futile, if u get a request later to submit it.

Also inform LVO tht u r moving to Australia, if u hv not yet done tht.

Get PCC Request Letter from Pakistan Embassy and after that get it stamp from MOFA and then submit to police station, they will take finger prints and will give u PCC after 10 days.

My application is more than 110 days since PER, still no news from LVO, no second line and as per SCE it is waiting to be reviewed

Looking at the speed of LVO i think if nothing goes wrong with my app then i might get MED/PCC request in Febuary and if i get PCC now it will be valid for 6 months so there is no harm in obtaining PCC. Just want to save myself from last minute hassles. Btw i have saudi PCC which i obtained for Australia but they are expired now

ZRM must clarify this issue with LVO , as far as my information serves , it is illegal for individuals to send passports out of Pakistan. Pakistani applications for UK visas are processed in UAE , where as passports remain with British High Commission Islamabad , upon success of application , visa sticker is pasted on passports at Islamabad , and transported back to respective UK Visa center where application was submitted

You mean Pakistan embassy in Riyadh? They issue these letters?

Get Saudi PCC , inform LVO about your exit from Saudi , and seek their advise upon mailing them PCC

Yeah thats wot i was asking how to get Saudi PCC? These saudis don't issue it without request letter? Anyone here from saudi who obtained PCC without letter please share the procedure.

I received PER on 5th Sept 2014 and for me, its been more than 120 days and neither ECAS updated nor MR received, what could be the possible reason for this delay .......... or as another member mentioned that LVO is taking 5 months to issue MR so should i wait till Feb?
Please share your valuable experience.
