Thanks for reply. But what kind of verification??? I have sent all required documents like processing fee,birth certificate copies

of passport for a new born baby.I am really worried about my documents that what happen to those it's been delivered to LVO on 05-11-14 and

no further update so far. I sent emails to ldnimmigration @ international.gc.ca and raised a case specific query as well but nothing.

I don't know what to do now??? ??? ??? ??? ??? Any body who recently added a new dependant at this stage can advise me that how LVO work and

how many days they require to get cash from DD and issue medical request for new born baby. Thank in advance

If my memory is right, there is NO medical for new born or even until 5

If you will submit passports through FedEx Visa Drop Box Facility , you will get them back with in 10 days , where as TCS takes around 21 days

Do you think sending email to LVO would rather annoy them at this stage or shall I just wait until end of this week and send a reminder next week.

buddy dont worry its normal. you have sent through courier. your package will be opened, your documents will be attached to your file, newborn passport and birth certificate will be verified, then visa officer will review it and u are not only one the visa officer has to review, u r in a queue. always send documents through email by scanning.

Do you think how it will take for me to receive PPR2?
The clinic sent the medical result just last Nov 20
and all the additional documents (PPR1, RPRF and PCC) were received via courier by LVO last Nov 21

I just realized one thing. It seems that, from the spreadsheet, Decision Made always appeared appear passport request. However, I never received any request for my passport. The fact that medical record received appeared the same time as decision made. Is this likely a bad news? What does everyone think?

Application Received: 17 May
Application Fee Charging: 27 August
PER: 28 August
Visa Office Processing Start: 16 September
RPRF Request: 16 September
Updated Chart and Passport Bio-page Copy Request: 16 September
Medical Exam Request: 16 September
Medical Done: 8 November
Medical Received by Visa Office: 22 November
3rd and 4th Lines appears in ECAS on: 22 November
Decision Made in ECAS appears on: 22 November

I examined the spreadsheet, it seems that NO ONE processed in London has Decision Made showed up in ECAS before passport request.

Can someone explain to me what are PPR1 and PPR2?

My consultant sent soft copy of it to LVO on Nov 20..
Great! Thanks for the specific number of days... I have been waiting for 542 days . i think i can wait a little 15 days more

Hi everyone,

new to this forum and this is my first post... be gentle.

Me and my girlfriend applied for permanent residence visa and just last month we got news our application got through the CIC process and is now in London i think. My girlfriend is the main applicant with NOC 2263 (bachelors in food bio science) Inspectors in public and environmental health and occupational health and safety,i am common law partner and fall under NOC 7253 gas fitter.

On our application I had to include 'for information only' about something on a police record 'carry a knife' when i was 15 years old back in 2005. I cant help but worry about this can anyone give me more information on how much this will affect our application with the london visa office ? part of the 'for information only' is a letter explaining why the offence happened and it was pretty much just down to me being 15 years old not understanding why it could have got me into trouble (hindsight).

this has been keeping me up at night as me and my girlfriend have put everything we have into moving to canada and if our application was rejected i couldnt help but feel like it was to do with this. I feel we have a strong application but this is a massive kink in the armour all down to something that happened almost ten years ago.

any help is much appreciated.

PPR1 is passport request 1 - soft copy usually asked together with additional information sheet
PPR2 is passport request 2- the original copy of your passport for visa issuance

Got an acknowledgement email from VO that they updated their system with my RPRF payment details and are waiting for my medicals.

Medicals done on 24th, so hopefully next week they should be able to update the ECAS with my medicals.

Dear mates

I received ppr1&2 together in one email on 16-10-14.

Till date haven't received back my passport. (submitted to CHC-ISB, VPU)

Its over 4 weeks now and also sent 2 emails to LVO which they haven't responded.

Could you please advice if this delay is normal.
