I received PER on 21/Oct/2014.

London VO doesn't send AOR. So when can I expect next action from LVO. I have not supplied PCC, so would they ask for PCC or would they ask for MR first?

Also, does the start date of visa come from the date when MR is sent or the date when Medical exam is performed?

This is PPR-1 for sure mate.. As you have done your medicals already..

I also wish to know is Visa valid for 12 months from date when MR is sent or the date when Medical exam is performed?

I don't know really, I only received my PER about a week ago. May be someone on this forum can advice.

When the request says passport copy bio pages for all family members, does it even mean those who are not applicants or just myself n spouse who are the applicants?

you guys need to wait minimum of 6 weeks before you hear anything from LVO
and depending upon the VO request sequence can vary. maybe MR first maybe PCC

I might be wrong, but i observed that the people who are working in middle east or Europe are having MR ... just was having a look at the spread sheet and noticed that majority are working abroad. .. did someone notice that?

I have the same situation. My received PER on 28 July and yet no response from LDVO. However on 10/10/2014 second line was added. My one is PNP, technically PNP should be infact faster than FSW(according to CIC Ministerial Enquiries Division) but LDVO dont care (they are superior among visa office and create own rule, like quebec ..haha)
Personally i think they are working in speed but they might have many applications before our so it might be late. Also, now all the visa offices are equipped by document track system which popups the date they must look them also called bring forward date. Before CAIPS were used in visa offices but since last few years all visa offices upgraded to GCMS (but some offices are not yet on GCMS) as well as track system so they wont forget us so lets hope we will get our requests soon.
