London office unreachable please help

The immigration requested documents from my wife and asked us to email it to London office for refugee spousal sponsorship. I am trying to email all the required documents to their email but I keep getting this message;

Delivery has failed to these recipients;

The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.

I am trying to call the Canadian embassy in London but there’s no way to connect through telephone. Please help what should I do.

Hi sohaib how r u in may 2022 London office they ask additional documents for my family I send it already in June I am inland I did get approve yet my family got pre arrival in may 2022 as well what you think when they ask medical for my family and they approve me I apply in June 2019

when you send something new like documents from my experience it takes 3-4 months for them to look at new documents. I hope its fast but this is average. Most importantly it depends on visa office

Ok thanks I contact to London office they said Canada office approve me then they ask medical for my family on the side of London office is up to date what you did think when it’s done

IRCC said processing medical results is taking approximately 3 months these days so hopefully your family will hear something soon
