London Office 2007 applicant from Dubai - interview call after medicals

i think u wil not need remed bec VO knows very wel and wil arrnge accordingly bec it is not good sign for vo to give remed to the aplnt if there is no certain reason

Well sofia,

No worry about QA interview.Actually your case would have been processed by Ottawa and it would have been transferred back to london office for QA processes.Its just a routine process and just a formality ,just to check that all your docs in order.There are many applicants at this forum who have been gone through this QA interview and successfully got the visa on the same day in most of the cases.

Try following posts of MJM,edupolo,camerwell,likhon etc on the same forum and read their experiences.

Since the interview is in AUH, chances of getting the PPR is very less.... passports have to b e stamped in London and not in AUH.

Do you think re do of medicals and processing will take place in this short span of time?? Oct 26th, 2011 is y interview at AUH and medicals are expiring on the 27th of November. I really dunno.....

Did you think of requesting them to re-schedule the interview for you to be on earlier date . Just an idea which may help

It was all a mess my friend. This agent of mine in Dubai dint do necessary follow ups and each time i call my agent they tell me it is because of the back log at CHC, dont worry you will get your passport call before yourmedicals could expire. i waited waited and finally managed to get the London office email id and sent them a mail requesting a status update. It is only then i came to know that i have been scheduled for an interview and that too my case was processed in Ottawa. I thought things were happening at London. Its just 2 weeks back i knew about this interview, they had sent my letter by post and my agent dint receive the same. Finally they contacted the London office and got an official email, a copy of which was forwarded to me to be taken for the interview. Now wats the point in rescheduling... october is right here and its just 25 days that i need to wait.....

Interview was pretty ok..... very very cool. nothing to be tensed about. the officer is very friendly. He went through all our originals; birth, marriage, job and educational certificates, asked a few questions on all these. before we could wind up the 25 mts session, he congratulated us for being successful in the interview and promised that he would send us the medical request re do forms in 3 weeks time. we were in formals and reached on time. but we were called in about 45 mts later than the scheduled time. it is a very small room.

buddie, if u r waiting for your interview, theres nothing to worry about. just make sure that you have all ur originals and updated docs with you.
