Anwar, my plan is to courier my passport (via DHL) to my friend in UK who will go to London to drop my passport at CHC and collect it two weeks later. I would ask him to courier it to Sana'a collected. I am not sure how things would be in 6 -8 weeks if courier is used, considering the turmoil in the country.

so guess what, in reply to an e-mail inquiry London CHC sent me a PPR on the 26th. I feel very happy to share this information with you all, who have been a great source of help all along... thanks already and good luck to all. // O

Can anybody throw light on how many times in a month, does CHC LND send PPs to CHC AUH?

I guess that would give us a good idea of when to expect PPs to be returned after visa stamping.

Well, if I am not mistaken while going through the previous forum it seems that it reaches once in every two weeks, even though the PPR request states twice in every week. The last PP was delivered the last week 20th of April. so fingers crossed for next week.
