Can we apply for USA immigration after getting Canadian immigration?

Hi Guys i went to the CHC London today, and told them the mistake (They Endorsed the Valid Visa on my Expired Passport but with correct details including my new Passport number on the Visa) then they Cancelled that Visa with (cancel without prejudice)Stamp on it and issue me a new Visa on my new Passport within half an hour, so grateful of Almighty Allah and of them ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Yes , now the CHC is asking for seperate passports for kids.

But u can try by sending wht u have coz u have 45 days time ONLY plus if u apply for seperate PP , wil it take more time?????. one of the forum guy has send wht he has (kid's name in mother PP) - same issue- 10days back. if they dont accept let them send back but if u cover this 45 days time and u apply new passport ITS A MESS coz the PP numbers and info wil change. If CHC send back ur kid's attached PP not accepted thy will tell u wht to do (forms to fill ) plus thy wil give more time - So ur safe

This is my advice buddy (u can check with seniors too) . go ahead things wil be 100% ok

Thanks for your valuable reply. I was waiting a response on my question to see if this question was raised by any of the applicant. Anyway, I already send an enquiry about this issue. I will wait till I see they response and act accordingly. In any case, I'm planning to go back to Jordan for annual leave end of this week. This will help me to issue a separate passport faster in case they insist to have a separate one for my child. Once I get the reply, I will post it so that everyone in the future will have an answer to this question. Thanks a lot for your continuous support. Wish all the best.

Finally got a resonse from CIC just now. Not the one I wanted though.

Asking for confirmation that my step son can me removed from the country again and updated police certificates.

Just going to send them a copy of the notirised document I sent them last time and get the quick turn around police certs. Hopefully will get everything to them by the end of the week. Might take them there in person so I know they've got them.

dont remove name of child from the parent passport unless u get an instruction from CHc and if u dont hear its always Good to send the same as u have now b4 the 45 days period . and thy wil come back to u after checking the passports. So u r safe .

If ur sure , u wil get ur child's passport from jordan v quickly thn its Good if CHc ask u to make new passport.
