LMO for Higher-skilled positions

Hi guys.

Does anyone know what's the cheapest (or maybe FREE!) websites and/or print medias to post job ads valid for sending an LMO (for higher-skilled foreign workers)?

I know Jobbank is mandatory, and then should be at least 2 others additional methods of recruitment, like Workopolis, Monster, Globe etc.but they are quite expensive,and I'm not sure about the others because ther's not an "official" list.
