Hi dear seniors.

My TFWP visa is being processing at out of Canada and since last November. It says it would take maximum for months receive visa. I have found out that my LMO opinion expires on 19-03-2014. Will this be a matter as expiry date is getting closer?

Pls advice

Hi,

No need to worry as the LMO should be valid on the date of applying your work permit... :)

You have an implied status until the decision is made on your application. However, if you are inside Canada, some benefits may be withdrawn such as the provincial health insurance. Even some banks may be calling you to send evidence of renewal of your SIN. So technically, you cant request for services that require residency as a requirement because not all of this people know about the implied status provision. Some HR in companies do not know.
