LMO Application and processing!

Hi,
I am on a PGW thats expiring soon, I have a full time job as an Esthetician at a Spa and my employer has agreed to go through the LMO process for me, they even have all the documentations ready but we are not sure where do I sent the documents to and who do we address it to?
Any help will be truly appreciated

hi KDC did u apply for lmo..me too in same situation my consultant saying i havve to show median wage for getting LMO. but i am getting the entrylevel salary for my position...please help
