LMO Annex B

Hi everyone!

I am new here. I just want to ask about the requirements for the Verification of Employment Contract from POLO.
My employer hired a law firm for the processing of my LMO because she was very busy with work.
Now, I have my Visa, My employer already booked me a flight and got me an insurance.

The problem is she doesn't have the Annex B of my LMO? Please help us what to do? How and where can she get a copy of the
Annex B of my LMO?

if you already have the visa then you and your employer shouldn't worry about the whole LMO because your application is already approved.
