LMO and PGWP

Hi guys,
My current employer is about to fill up an LMO form as my PG Work permit expires by Dec 2010. Meanwhile, I found that the employer need not show recruitment efforts in the LMO specific to PG WP expiration. See this link here, http://www.hrsdc.gc.ca/eng/workplaceskills/foreign_workers/intstugrad.shtml

I am curious to know if anybody has gone through this? Also in the LMO application form, no where does it ask for the job NOC code. Could somebody confirm this?

Thanks,
Tugga

Agreed, the LMO application does not request the NOC code - HRSDC will assign the NOC code, so be sure that the job description is clear enough to match to the NOC code you think it should be...

also... section 38.... if you are already working in this current position, and have been for over a year, what start date do you put? the original start date months back? or an approximative date when you expect to receive a positive LMO back (fingers crossed)?
thanks
